There's just over a week to go until the next show I'm organising -Spine's Christmas group show - starts. It's an affordable art fair with prices ranging from £1.50 to £100. My contribution is going to be some badges. I'm hurridly making as many as I can in the time left. I decided to use recycled paper and fabric for them and I'm really pleased with the results. My favourite ones so far are made from Japanese greetings cards, each badge is a complete one-off as no one badge will have the exact same pattern. I've also used wrapping paper, newspaper, old stamps, scrap bits of denim, and typing onto bits of scrap paper. I'm really enjoying it actually.
