My publishers Laurence King were kind enough to send me a copy of Textile Designers at the Cutting Edge by Bradley Quinn. The book is really well put together - content and design. It's tied together with a ribbon and other lovely design features include changes of paper stock for the two different 'Body' and 'Space' sections and it has a pinking shear-type cut edges (not sure of the technical term - I'm sure there is one!) for the few intro pages of each section. I'm hoping I'll be working with this book's designer on the new book project I'm currently ensconced in, which will be published next year. More on that later!
