Modart and Scope Art

Scope_blogopener.jpg

Modart has been invited to exhibit some work at the Scope-Art Fair next to Art Basel/Miami next month in what many refer to as the sexual Olympics of the art world …

In the coming weeks we’ll fill you in on the comedies and tragedies of customs, the customization of culture and economic fare and eventually show you all the apparently shit hot ‘art’ and potential sugar mammas we encounter in Miami …

Before all that we’re stoked just to be involved with Scope. While many Art Fairs might as well be trade shows for stocks and seem bonded by rust or the crust of elitist dribble, Scope has brought out an attitude and quality that reveal emotion and art in the concept of the fair itself as well as what they offer. Though the Art World is as merciless as the American military, in a much more pampered sort of way, The quality of what they do, of what it shows about current aesthetics and so called human conditions continues to hit home and silence those who might reject their fresh blood.

Joining Modart at Scope will be:

Logan Hicks, USA (Modart 10)
Will Barras, UK (Modart 1 & 14)
Mr. Jago, UK (Modart 2 & 14)
Vincent Skoglund, SE (Modart 7)
Twothings, IT/NL (Modart 6)

Scope-Art.com – Miami December 5th-9th
