Art Trek in Antwerp

The fifth “Art Trek” exhibition unites young and international graphic talent in Antwerp and is opening next week on Saturday, August 2nd and running until September 13. The show is a yearly must-see for anyone interested in visual and figurative graphics, street or folk art and illustration!


On August 2nd, the fifth edition of this unique exposition series will open in the gallery of comic book store Mekanik in Antwerp, Belgium. During six weeks, from August 2 to September 13, Art Trek offers a venue for fourteen young graphic and illustrative artists from all over the world.

The exposition offers a sampling of the contemporary alternative art scene, where traditional media like painting, drawing and comics are mixed with stencils, silkscreen prints, computer designed drawings and collages. With this multitude of styles Art Trek wants to attract a broad public, every culture lover is invited to discover the graphic universe of this new generation.
