Keine Werbung - No advertising

"Alejandro Lecuna Aguerrevere" in Berlin just sent us some info about a project he's been spreading around his city and the Internet. Keine Werbung (No advertising) is a sticker project you can print out yourself in order to let the mailman know you don't want the trash he's forced to throw away in your mailbox. While the concept is something that plenty of people have been scrawling on the mailboxes for years and sign companies have made a buck on, this project finally brings some nice design and free distribution to the concept.
From Alejandro Lecuna Aguerrevere:
"A postcard with 9 Unsolicited mail stickers. A small mail-in action aiming to reduce the amount of paper that is wasted yearly in advertising crap trough unaddressed mail. Each person consumes 230 Kilos of paper in Germany, almost 40% of it for unwanted mail. The trees used for that type of “cheap” paper come mainly from Brazil and other countries with few laws on logging. Feel free to download it, print it, stick it, pass-it on to your neighbours and friends or anyone."
