Retna and El Mac just recently finished this powerful mural in the heart of LA's Skid Row. The project was their second collaboration with Estevan Oriol, who's photograph was the basis for El Mac's part of the wall. The mural is a tribute to the community members in Skid Row as well as the perseverance of the homeless who reside there. The image is amazing and the best part is the entire photo report on Retna's website, from start to finish. It's definitely worth checking out if you've ever enjoyed the amazing collaborations between these two artists. (sort of via Revok's blog)

The WALLBREAKERS Festival is an unique Contemporary Urban Art Exhibition conceived to mark the 20th anniversary of the fall of the Berlin wall and the massive impact this historical event has had on the Urban Art scene.
